The sea view photo was very deceiving. On booking I had expected to arrive and have that view from somewhere on the property and to be able to enjoy the sunrise over the sea. Sadly the sea view is just an inch wide from the well equipped deck.

Privacy between some rooms is limited. But works well if rooms are shared between families.
