il parcheggio riservato sotto al palazzo, la pulizia , la tranquillità,la posiizone centrale dell'appartamento vicino al casello autostradale e ai negozi e ristoranti

migliorerei la colazione con una macchienetta del caffè più facile da usare e prodotti imbustati al posto dei dolcini sfusi(ma è una mia opinione)
