Newly Renovated Tremont Treasure I Cozy + Modern

We really enjoyed how peaceful this place was. It sat back from the road, so it was quieter than most places we have stayed. It was clean and came well equipped with things that you may have forgotten to pack. It is a smaller rental, so it's perfect for a solo traveler or a smaller family. The neighborhood was beautiful and easily walkable to different places. Lincoln Park was right at the end of the street if you're bringing smaller children or even if you just want to take a walk and sit and enjoy. Parking was very easy to find even though it was street. The host was wonderful to deal with. You can tell they care that you have a wonderful stay and explained things very well upon arrival and checkout. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

Location is excellent. Well lit acess, walkways were shoveled. Feltn very safe, plenty of outdoor lighting. Very spacious, well equipped kitchen. Laundry machines seemed clean. Close to park and restaurants and bars.

Cleanliness! When first arrived smelled strongly of weed. In fact there were 2 blunt ends left on the handrail next to the front door and also found one in the basement near laundry. The floor of the shower is breaking through, felt as if it would fall through at any time! There was no bath mat left in bathroom, I found one in the basement to use. Lacking some fine touches on cleanliness, ceiling fans vey dusty, stains on sofa and dining chairs. Shower floor rusting, covered with a shower mat. Random wall stains throughout.

It was nice having a whole house to myself as compared to a sizable hotel room: I saw a couple of things I liked and am considering adding to my own house, i.e., automatic/electronic waste baskets. Neighborhood was quiet 🙂, and conveniently located.

The shower stall was rather small, and the control handle was loose, making it somewhat difficult to control the temperature, but not rendering it unusable. I sent a message about it, but got no response. Bed was comfortable, but height wise, somewhat low. Otherwise, good.

First off I wrote the address down wrong and had to call management. Natalie was sooo helpful in directing me to the house. Thank you for that! The house was very comfortable. Location was ideal for walking around the neighborhood, very close to great restaurants, galleries, bike/walking path and shopping. Ideal for getting around Cleveland and nearby neighborhoods.

There wasn't anything I didn't like about this house. I would have liked to know how to turn the neon sign off but that was minor, I just closed the door to the bedroom. From what I understand there is a way to do it, I just never asked.

This place was perfect for my wife and I. The host was great and communicated promptly with any information or questions. The location is great to get out and round to some trendy little locals and shops. We felt secure and had no issues with our safety. Close to walk/run and biking trail. Easy to get to other parts of the city. We will definitely look to stay there again if ever back in Cleveland.

We really couldn't find anything that we didn't like.
