DownTown 13 Boutique Apartment

Great location, close to shops, shopping centers, markets and restaurants. The kitchen was spacious, the air conditioner was perfectly cold, and the bathroom was very nicely designed. The living room bed was very comfortable. I had a great communication with host. I would rent it next time when I travel to Budapest.

I didn't like the small fridge. I guess because I stayed a longer period of time, I would prefer a bigger fridge.

everything is there, quite, comfortable bed.nearby the easy transport, many groceries( above penny groceries has huge in door market you can find fresh vege, meat, bread ect and good Lagos)

only one badly scratched fry pan is not enough,we had little pepper towel, difficult open and locking door. TV and Heat instructions to English be much better. No door for second bedroom.

The apartment is very beautiful and with very modern furniture. The location is perfect - very, very close to one station of M3 and to several bus stations. The area and the building give save feeling. The biggest asset is the owner - he is very helpful and is ready to help you 😊Big applause for him-this is how you should treat your guests!

Well, first of all, there were one big thing that wasn't mentioned in the apartment description : this isn't 2 "bedroom" apartment. This is an apartment with 2 bed sleeping places. There is a difference. There isn't doors anywhere, except the bathroom, so you can have "rooms". If you need a little bit of privacy, there isn't any, because there isn't doors. And, because of that, the apartment is cold. When we get to the apartment, the temperature outside was 10-12 degrees,so even the owner left one of electrical panels turned on, the temperature in the apartment was even lower, than outside, because the apartment is on the ground floor and there wasn't doors inside which stops the cold. It take 24 hours with all of the heaters working, to make the apartment warm. If you are couple of people, which aren't married or in relationship, this isn't exactly the place for you.

The accommodation is on the ground floor once inside and faces a court yard which is very spacious. The flat is very spacious and very comfortable and clean. Easy access and very quiet area and building. Host very responsive when questions were asked and accomodating to my needs. Flat in ideal area near plenty shops and great local indoor market. Not far from centre. I walked it daily but plenty bus stops and metro near by.

Although there was a dishwasher, I would prefer a dish cloth and tea towel to wash/dry up as not enough crockery and cutlery to keep going to fill a full load. Heating and TV were tricky to figure out but got there in the end. No instructions for anything so had to figure out all things like tv, Hob, heating, WiFi..

The host is really nice and friendly. We had the opportunity to check-in earlier. Also the Apartment was very clean with full facilities. The location is great, near to the public transportation
