"Owner made it impossible to enjoy"

The property was nice and comfortable

Whilst i have no complains about the property itself, the owner made it a nightmare! My sister with her husband and kids were visiting and my husband and i booked the property for them . During the day the owner called me 9 times asking to send my id, then resend it as it was unclear then it was unclear again then he also needs an id of my husband as he paid the deposit. Then he needs ids of EVERYONE including 2 & 3 year old’s. I was unable tp enjoy the day with the family as was dealing with the owner - this isnt the first time that i booked via booking.com but this is the first time that i experienced something like that. He didnt send check-in instruction until 7.30pm. Fair to say that it left a bad taste for everyone- definitely do not recommemd

"The house was ok but sketchy location"

The upstairs bed was comfortable. Washer and dryer. Easy keyless entry. Myla’s restaurant nearby was good and had friendly staff.

It’s clear that the photos of the property were taken professionally because the reality didn’t look as pristine and cutesy. The garden was overgrown and messy. The kitchen felt like it had the bare minimum as far as dishes, pots/pans, cutlery, utensils… Overall the house itself was fine but the neighborhood and surrounding area felt very rundown, dirty, and unsafe.
