San Juan Beach apartment with AC and views

The location was great.

Furnishings were old. Felt like furniture and kitchenware were picked up from the dumpster. One AC for the whole apartment. Apartment not clean. Host made us wait two hours outside gate before showing up. No wifi.

Great location opposite beach. Lovely view. Secure building and private parking. Good, working facilities; especially the A/C in the hot weather.

Flat is very compact for 4 people. Tired decor could do with refresh and A/C wall showing signs of some damp damage. Our bed sheets were stained, but looked clean. No wi-fi/internet service provided, although there is a connection installed.

We liked everything, good and helpful staff. The apartment has a good location for relax near sea after hard work.

We didn't have WiFi, but sea replaced gadgets.

No wifi, and the property is a little tired. The toilet flush was broken with a temporary fix and the beds were just ok

The building is located in the first line of the beach.

Me and my family are travelling abroad at least 3 times a year, so we have seen a lot of good or bad choices. Usually I am very forgiving to the hosts and if something is wrong I communicate straight (I am perfectly familiar with rental business and it`s issues). First of all the communication with responsible person of hosting agency ended the first evening of our arrival. It was a late check-in and we had to pay 40 EUR for it (this information should be provided in the description not the day before arrival). After that during our 7 night stay we tried to reach the responsible person for 3 times but didn`t get any responses. The messages were reviewed, but no responding at all. On the fourth day of our stay the toilet flush button fell down (it was already crooked when we arrived, but we didn`t mind it). I messaged the responsible person with a photo and guess what - no reaction at all! As they really didn`t care if me or my family members are able to flush down the toilet water. About the apartment, don`t be fooled with the photos - it`s located in an old renovated building. In the apartment you will find cracked floor, rusty lamps (with burnt-out lightbulbs) and other metal surfaces (humidity level is very high - the clothes might dry more than 24 hours), old sofa, broken outdoor chair which you can see in the photo (it was "fixed" with transparent adhesive tape), moldy curtains, smelly old wooden closets, stained bedding, a lot of glued hand written notes of what "not to do", broken outer curtains, very small bathroom with broken glass shower doors (this notice was already in the old comments) which were still not fixed, no internet/WIFI (in this decade). And the best part oh the whole story - when we got home, via booking.com the hosting agency tried to claim us 300 EUR for "broken toilet and stolen flush button". Of course we refused to do that. Why would you need to steal an old rusty flush button!?

I do not have WhatsApp account, which made the check-in very difficult as I don’t speak Spanish.
