Its a self catering place but they were so kind and offered us breakfast. The location is ok, we were not sure about it as we were driving to the place on our 1st day but its a lovely place and a safe area. We enjoyed our stay.

Maybe a gate remote instead of waiting for them to open for you or knocking on their door every time you have to leave their premises.
