Location was amazing!!!The property was clean and the location was super!!! The view was also superb!! The property manager was very attentive and understanding. I will definitely be back! :)

It's a bit dated and there was some plumbing issues but nothing that can't be fixed.

The location of the duplex faces the beach; the view was wonderful. The unit is dated, though overall, it is in good condition. I had good communication with the management company regarding an earlier check-in time, and they were able to accommodate me.

The original listing had no mention of a pet weight limit of 25 pounds nor that the guest had to notify the property in advance that a pet would be present. There was also no mention of a $100 pet cleaning fee. The only thing listed under the Pet Policy was "Pets are allowed. Charges may apply." After we checked out, The property messaged me repeatedly via text and the booking.com messaging system, claiming a “damage” fee of $100 due to the dog hair that was left on the property. The matter was eventually taken care of after booking.com's executive team was notified, though I felt the listing should have been more transparent about their Pet Policy so guests would not be misled.
