"Empty promises"

The house was neat .booking. com offered a shuttle from the airport..but didn't fetched us...I've struggled with contact details for our apartment...it was stressful

Didn't like empty promises..hate to repeat linens..not even to add some toilet papers..to add sugar and tea sachets

Location was excellent - close to the waterfront, promenade, shops, restaurants etc. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful.

The cleanliness of the balcony; additional hooks/towel rails in the bathroom. The damp/mould in the bathroom needs to be attended to.
