La situation et l aménagement de l' appartement

Pas de réponse à nos messages signalant des problèmes ou des manques : volet électrique d' une des chambres ne fonctionnant pas je suis restée dans le noir, pas de petites cuillères, pas de cafetière, poêle ne fonctionnant pas sur plaque à induction, pas de plat pour le four, aucune consigne pour évacuer les ordures, vidéos pour l accès à l' appartement non réactualisée, vaisselle sale à notre arrivée malgré le lave vaisselle

The apartment is very spacious, clean, and comfortable, with sufficiently large rooms.

Вe have some negative comments regarding the stove —it is induction, and none of the cookware provided is compatible with it, not even the moka pot, meaning you can't prepare anything, not even morning coffee. Additionally, we were not informed where the garbage bins were, which was quite inconvenient. There are two bathrooms, but one of the toilets was broken, forcing six people to share a single toilet. The facilities description mentioned a washing machine, but there wasn't one. Communication via whats up with the apartment owner was very difficult.

Great sized apartment for family of 6. Nice and clean with A/C.. we raised some.concerns of a lack of cleaning supplies and this was rectified immediately.

Very basic supplies, no garbage bags, very little diswashing liquid. For the price you pay, you would expect these items amd even perhaps basic cooking oil/ s&p too

Was close to bus stop thru train station and some restaurants, the apartment have 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms, thanks God the Bathrooms were outside the rooms

In Europe 3rd floor is 4th floor, the apartment was not clean, no Air conditioning on May, the garbage, you need to walk 3 squares and cross an avenue to drop it with a card that you need to return to the apartment, no microwave and the stove was only for inductions pans, so coffee maker don’t work, bought instant coffee.

The communications were very good and every effort was made to help us with questions.

The apartment lacked essentials such as microwave, broom, a working stove, an ironing board, working Air conditioner- only 1 room would work. There was no toilet paper. The shower leaked. Trash had to be taken to bins about 2 blocks away.

A large comfortable apartment for our group, we stayed for two nights and I recommend it to anyone who wants to see the city and a trip to Tuskana.
