I had an excellent stay at zen suites. The apartment was very clean, spacious, and well-maintained. It felt just like home. The kitchen was fully equipped, and all the facilities were perfectly arranged for a comfortable long or short stay. The location was convenient, making everything easily accessible.

Overall, it was a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this serviced apartment to anyone looking for comfort, privacy, and great service. I would definitely love to stay here again.

Excellent service onsite- Jyoti at reception was very helpful. Hari, Monty, Vikas and others were extremely attentive. Staff made the stay as comfortable as possible, given the setbacks. The apartment is cute and neatly furnished. Lovely decor and layout. Full service laundry with dryers on the terrace.

There were no windows. The balcony in 209 overlooked a smelly dump, which defeated the purpose. Most of the electricity sockets sparked. Internet service was inconsistent. The bathroom in 205 leaked into the bedroom, soaking our luggage as there was no partition at the door. The party area on the first floor was not soundproof, so the apartment was noisy during events. The breakfast buffet had flies on items- unsafe for consumption. Arun from management was indifferent and offered no comfort nor compensation.
