Overall quite comfy and spacious, fantastic location, love that there’s laundry

The room I’d paid for didn’t have working aircon, so I had to move to a new room after having unpacked all my stuff. Luckily they had another room available, which was fine enough, but not the room I paid for (a bit smaller without the same balcony). Probably should have received a small refund for the difference.

The property is a studio flat located in a busy street (but it gets quiet at night) close to the city centre. There is a car park across the road, very handy and cheap. The kitchen is fitted with all you need to cook your food, the whole place is fairly new. I recommend it if you have a car and want to explore the island but want to be based in Funchal.

We enjoyed our stay but I found the mattress a bit too hard, and in general some minor maintenance is required (shower head keeps falling off, one of the floor lamps is flimsy).

We really liked the apartments and the location. Everything was great!

Minden könnyen elérhető. Modern és jól felszerelt szállás. Parkolóház közel van és nem drága.

Zajos volt a szobánk éjjel, mivel nagy és forgalmas útra nézett.

Its main advantage is location! Easy to find, walking distance to good restaurants, bus stops, few steps to plaza with supermarket and pharmacy. You are in the heart of Funchal and cannot ask for better! Apartment is clean, very well equipped - we had everything we needed for our stay. Also special thanks to hosts who have been communicative during the whole stay and shared useful info about accommodation and the island.

AC wasn’t working properly. Bedding is not the comfiest. TV remote power button was not functioning. There is mold in bathroom and unpleasant smell overall. It wasn’t a big deal for us as we spend most of the time outside of apartment, but can be crucial for others.

La proximité du centre ville et du centre commercial avec le pingo doce pratique pour les courses alimentaires + gare centrale pour les bus y compris aerobus et un parking voiture en face de la location à moindre coût.

La literie peu confortable et le bruit de la circulation

Tinha tudo o que precisava para ficarmos bem acomodados. Alojamento muito limpo, com todos os itens necessários para uma estadia confortável. A hostess também foi muito atenciosa e gentil, respondendo rapidamente os questionamentos. Bem próximo a supermercados, shoppings e excelentes restaurantes

Do prédio.. sem identificação. As acomodações ficavam no 3 andar de um prédio comercial.. tivemos certa dificuldade para encontrar. A rua é difícil de estacionar para quem alugar veículos.. o que é necessário já que a ilha é imensa e o transporte publico não é muito bom para quem quer conhecer tudo.

Some needed things were missing or broken. Coffee machine was broken. No wooden or plastic spoon for the teflon pans. Therefore the pans were very damaged and it did not look healthy anymore.

La situation centrale, très bonnes explications sur le fonctionnement de l’appartement, le wifi rapide. L’appartement est bien équipé.

Le sèche-cheveux devrait être changé. Le lit est grand, mais grince a chaque mouvement et trop dur.
