The apartment is situated in the heart of benidorm on a quiet side street.it is a lovely size and as all amenities. Everywhere is walkable ,it is near to everything.you can even see the sea from the window.excellent all around.

There was nothing negative about this apartment besides the fact we had to go home.

Nothing tap was falling off. Curtain was falling off. Shower door hanging off. Air dryer wires hanging out. Fan was faulty. Plaster was hanging off front door. List go on. It was dirty.

I like the fact that the property was close to the strip and wasn’t a far walk. Good location. Rooms were comfortable and clean.

The only thing I didn’t like was that there was no sun loungers at the pool to lie on , as I would have been more comfortable lying at the pool if they were there.

Fantastic apartment with more than enough room for our long stay, close to everything we needed but far enough away from the noise of the strip, host was amazing and quickly settled my panic attack that was due to booking.com not himself but went above and beyond to settle me, check in was smooth and easy and he was at hand if we needed him. Will definitely book here with him again in the future as we couldn’t fault the place or host.

Location was far enough away from the strip that you were never disturbed by the noise but still only a 10-15 minute walk to the action

The rickety lifts. The lift was fine and worked(thank goodness as it was on the 15th floor) but was rickety. Apartment was basic but functional

The apartment is in a fantastic location and is perfect for a small family of a couple of couples

The bar downstairs is un friendly and expensive
