The owner was very good and responsive.

It was very mismatched and not very clean at all. The bed clothes were mismatched and the shower wasnt clean properly.

This is a bright, spacious, comfortable and super clean apartment. The bedrooms are soacious, airy and very clean. The beds were extremely comfortable. We all slept soundly during our stay and the location was very quiet at night. It has a cute kitchen upstairs, very well kitted out with hob and microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster etc and has plenty of room to sit for several people around a big table to enjoy a meal or just to relax with a glass of wine. The bathroom is large with a very good shower and was very clean. The living room is not huge, but it has a lovely balcony, television, books etc and seating and was perfect for the three of us. The apartment was 10 minutes from the Campo main square in Siena, close to restaurants, bars and shopping areas, but was nevertheless quiet and peaceful. The apartment had tea, coffee, cakes and treats as well as cleaning products and soap/ shampoo/ shower gel. The towels and bed linen were super clean and smelled so good! The apartment has a small supermarket close by so you will be sure of having supplies if you are self catering. We cannot praise the owners Carlo and his sister Francesca enough! We needed to store our luggage as we arrived earlier than check in time and the owners were extremely accommodating and allowed us to do this and also to check in early. Later in the week after a family wedding when we were back for a second stay at the apartment , Carlo again let us store our luggage safely from 10am, which allowed us to have a day out touring the area before we checked back in again in the evening. Carlo's communication with us even from before our arrival was amazing. He even recommended where we could get a taxi and could not have been more kind, considerate and helpful throughout both of our stays. If we could give 20 gold stars as a recommendation for this lovely apartment and for the kindness and helpfulness of its owners, then we would happily do so.

Nothing about the apartment at all. It was really lovely. The hill that the apartment is on is pretty steep and tested our fitness at first, though by the end of our second stay we were going up and down like mountain goats! This is not a criticism of the property at all, however, as Siena is built on hills and going up and down hills is part of the experience of staying in Siena, and the same could be said of most areas within the old city walls.

シエナの街の一角にあり非常に便利で、オーナーも親切だった。街やパリオのお祭りの説明も楽しくしてくれた。キッチンがあり、エスプレッソマシーンと粉も置いてあるので、すぐに飲めて非常に嬉しかった。キッチン用品が充実している。ここに1週間住めたらよかった。マフィンなど軽いお菓子が置いてあり、美味しくいただきました。

暖房が付く所と付かない所があり、寝るのに寒い部屋があった。3月だったので、１枚着込んで寝れば問題なかった。

Appartamento comodo, accogliente e pulito posto in una palazzina tipica Senese, la posizioni è ideale per raggiungere, facilmente e a piedi, tutti posti di interesse storico o culturale. Carlo Alberto, oltre ad essere una persona accogliente, è capace di trasmettere tutto il suo amore per Siena. Rapporto qualità prezzo splendido, lo consiglio assolutamente.
