The studio is in a great location, walking distance to everything. The hosts are super helpful and kind.

It is a bit small if you are travelling with bigger luggage.

Great location near 2 of Split's beaches (we went to Firule beach as it was less busy and enjoyed it) and 15 mins walk from the city center. The place is cozy and modern, looks just like the pictures, and has all the amenities needed for a short stay in Split. Supermarket and bus station also at a 3 min walk. Self check-in option was great to have, and we appreciated also that we could check-out at 11 on request.

This is a particularity because we came by car - parking is free on the streets nearby but it is a nightmare to find a parking spot particularly in the evenings, the streets are completely lined with cars parked, we had to leave the car 3 streets away and even though we parked in a similar way to the other cars, our car got towed away and we had to go recover it and pay a fine (the reason was: we parked less than 1 meter from the wall). The hosts include a guide to the city in the studio, it would be helpful if they shared parking tips and regulations in it to be aware of.

Apartment was in an excellent area, roughly 10/15 min walk from the old town, and nearby to a beach. Apartment was very cozy and clean. All facilities worked perfectly. Ana and Zlatko were very warm and welcoming upon arrival and arrange airport transfers to and from.

Property was a bit on the smaller side, however it is perfect for 2 people only.

The location is great. It's in comfortable walking distance from old town (around 10-15 minutes), beach is nearby and all other type of shops is close by. Appartment is small but it has enough to make stay comfortable. As well as owners are helpful and will help you with your questions.
