The three story old town house

Nothing at all was acceptable.

The house is a nightmare we lost our vacation cause of this cellar it is not actually a house it is a torture box without any type of fresh air ventilation... aircondition dear is not a fresh air. the description is by far different then the reality the whole space is about 25 sqm I even measured each floor to avoid bluffing new guests in the future. the first floor is 2.3×3.8 the second floor is 2.7×2.2 with very low ceiling and the third floor which is an attic not a floor since it is 2.5×3.8 so the whole area is less then 25 sqm where as they are listing it as 90sqm . The second and third floor that are supposed to be sleeping rooms their height is 1.85m each so forget about sleeping cz you literally suffocates at nights actually medical wise this reduced space is quiet unhealthy and dangerous it is just like sleeping in an elevator without any windows there are small openings but it opens directly on walking street so you cannot use them.i actually mentioned in the listing that we are a family of five persons and they said that the house can accommodate us which was a total lie. another issue the whole space is OPEN there are no doors nothing relating to privacy. now we arrive to ladders... ladders I was really shocked by those ladders without handles how u accomadate guests in such hazardous environment you might fall very easily and break your neck the steps are like 30cm wide spiral shaped even we had an accident with one of our child and had to leave the house earlier for security reasons. Never book this house in fact this house should be banned cz if it remains on the platform sooner or later someone is going to get hirt. Plz never book this house dont get bluffed with the pictures they are all photoshoped and the listing is missleading!!! How u fit 5 pers in 25sqm i even urge the booking.

Дом полностью в распоряжении, сделан под старину в этом есть антураж.

Находится в центре старого города куда не проехать, а только пешком, сложность в том что у нас было много детей и чемоданов, а работники в свою очередь не содействовали в помощи вызова электромобиля, мол «ничем не можем помочь идите до точки».

Perfect for a couple staying in Rhodes during the off season with no vehicle!

Exceptional stay! Really a gorgeous house, feels like living in a castle. We really enjoyed all the small decor details. Comfortable and in a quiet neighborhood, yet still close to restuarants and shops. Highly recommended!

Pleasant owner of the apartment. Good location. Nearby supermarket, good night bars. The house is beautiful, clean, has everything you need for cooking. We liked everything. Will definitely come back next time.

It was exactly like the pictures!! George met us at the port to go to the townhouse and gave us very good recommendations for restaurants and things to see. Very helpful!! Very good location. Amazing place to stay!!!
