מיכאל בעל המקום התנהל איתנו בוואטסאפ בצורה מעוררת התפעלות . ענה באופן מיידי על כל הודעה ששלחנו. דאג לנו להסברים מפורטים לגבי הכניסה לדירה הגענו בשעה 10:00 בלילה.. הדירה נקייה עם כל הדרוש לשהיה עצמאית חניה ללא תשלום בקרבת הבית.

לנו זה לא הפריע ...אבל אין גישה מונגשת לדירה קיימים מספר מדרגות

"מקום סביר השכונה פחות נעימה"

חדר נעים יש לקחת בחשבון שהמיטה השנייה היא ספה נפתחת עם מזרון קשיח.

היינו אמורים להיכנס בשעה 16:00 והחדר לא היה מוכן ולא נקי לכן חיכינו עוד חצי שעה אחרת הציון היה יתר גבוה

"החדר טוב, הסביבה פחות"

החדר גדול ומאובזר. נקי. החצר הקטנה נוחה ופרטית.. פנייה לאיש הקשר המנהל את הדירה נענתה במהירות וביעילות.

הדירה מצויה בבית משותף מוזנח וכך גם הבניינים הסובבים לו. החלון החיצוני של החדר/דירה נמצא מול תאורת רחוב חזקה, והוילון לא אטום, כך שהאור מפריע לישון. מכסה פתח ניקוז במקלחת שבור. נדרשים תיקוני צבע בתקרה לסילוק סימני רטיבות.
