Never met the host in person but communication by WhatsApp was fast and very friendly. We even got an upgrade to the top floor on the day of our arrival. Amazing room. Great location near Old Town aswell. We will be back in Poem Suites for our next stay in Chania.

Very easy check in process with everything digitalised. We didn’t get to meet the host but everything in the room was perfect. The shower was wonderful. The property was a little tricky to find on Apple Maps, using Google was easier, but the location is actually very convenient for the old town.

Po-em Suites was a little hard to find in the atmospheric, narrow streets of the old town but when we arrived... Wow, what a stylish property, modern, streamlined and as clean as you could want. Communication from the hosts was fast, friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, the shower room was top quality and the bed was very comfortable. Highly recommended!

Can't fault the property at all, but an English translation of the Greek script of the name of the property at the entrance would probably help visitors know they have arrived.

Poem Suites greatly exceeded both my wife's and my expectations; from the photos and the consistently high ratings and positive reviews here on Booking.com, we knew the property was going to be good, but it was OUTSTANDING. The location can't be beat...it's on a quiet laneway just down (less than a two minute walk) from where the taxi dropped us off (next to To Maridaki restaurant - very highly recommended, my wife and I dined there three times during our four night stay at Poem Suites - Faka, down at the end of the main road is also very good). Poem Suites has been very thoughtfully and tastefully decorated, it's very modern, clean, and spacious. Our suite was cleaned and the towels replaced after the second night of our stay. The compendium (see photos) provided in the room reminded us of something we get in a 5-star hotel or resort. My wife and I were extremely happy with our stay, except for one thing: we wish he had booked for at least six nights, not just four.
