There’s a sewage smell issue in Bali

This was our second stay here and it was as amazing as the first. Everything is so personal and the staff truly make your experience making sure you have everything you could possibly need. The rooms are so comfortable and really feel like a home away from home. If you want a magical personal experience book this hotel it will not disappoint. Location is really good for the beach and exploring Seminyak with a lovely Warung within 30second walk.

Je Ne Sai staff were absolutely lovely throughout our stay and made us feel so welcome from the moment we arrived. The whole place was spotless, and you could really tell that a lot of care goes into maintaining the villas to such a high standard. It made our experience even more comfortable and relaxing. We were also incredibly grateful for their kindness and flexibility on our last night. Our sister’s flight was delayed and she hadn’t organised accommodation, and the staff were so understanding in allowing her to stay with us in the villa. That level of hospitality really meant a lot to us and made a stressful situation so much easier. Overall, we couldn’t fault the service and truly appreciated the warm, accommodating atmosphere.

The only downside for us was the location—it was quite a long ride to Double Six Beach, where we spent most of our afternoons. Aside from that, we really couldn’t fault the service and truly appreciated the warm, accommodating atmosphere.

As a couple who prefer quieter places, we only stayed in Seminyak for one night to experience what all the fuss is about. JNSQ offered a quiet respite away from the busy streets, with lovely, attentive staff - however, it was very close by to everything we wanted to see. The bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable, too. Best we've slept on in Bali!

We had a little difficulty getting used to Google being connected to everything (curtains, toilet, etc), but that's probably just because it was unfamiliar to us. Not really an issue at all.

The hospitality was amazing, so amazing service, so nice people. Loved features inside… breakfast was amazing.

The area, I didn’t like walk to beach and beach itself closest, you better take Gojek somewhere else, 6 beautiful villas, modern set up, features, open toilets itself, open/close curtains, play on off Spotify or TV… pool was cold for me, and honestly 1.30 deep with not enough sun able to get through won’t heat up, also I don’t plan suntanning here, on sofa bed no sun at all and just 1-2 hour window next to pool on the floor- that was unpleasant. Property has some imperfections- but for Bali it’s still luxurious.
