The customer service of the apartment is at a very poor level. The person responsible for check-in seems to not speak English well enough to communicate efficiently and doesn’t answer back questions via whatsapp messages where she’s supposed to be at our disposal. The apartment doesn’t fit the description on Booking. There was no mountain view from the apartment and no WiFi. We asked for a password several times and didn’t hear back, we asked in person and then the person responsible for an apartment ran away to her car, showing signs that she will send it via phone. After arriving, there were not enough towels and sheets for each guest and they were delivered one day later in the evening with the excuse that on the day of our arrival there was no laundry… Last but not least, there was huge fungus in the bathroom, probably because of poor ventilation of the apartment and the dishes in the cupboards were dirty, for instance a pot soiled with olive and some old tomato sauce...

Good location. Near the park. Good internet conection

Sofa in living room was broken, doors with the window in one room are opening very dificult. It is written that appartments have washing machine, but there wasn't. Some cables were not hidden and hanging above the stove. There is gabage containers near appartments and it is really bad as even at 11 or 12 p.m. or early in the morning you can hear as someone is going to throw the glass and you woke up hearing broken glass sounds

very old and smelling bad apt. need to be renovated.

Nice place at the end of town,3minutes to ski lift-by car,near playground and Coop.

Thin walls,we heard everything from another surrounding appartments :-(. Splashing,walking,bathing,speaking. Girl who gave us keys did not speak english,fortunately we did not need to solve any problem.
