"Served its purpose, but the check-in process was a nightmare and didn't have key fob for two days"

The location was the main draw, and fortunately, it worked for what we needed. The furnishing was decent enough and the access to the pool was good as well.

Check-in was a nightmare as the keys were not where they were supposed to be and it involved us waiting an hour for someone to come and let us in. And even then, we were not provided a fob to get into the building. We were told we would get a fob on Saturday (6/3) but one was not provided and the expectation was that we would use a phone number to get into the building that did not work. So Saturday and all of Sunday, we had no way to get into the building if we left. Upon stating how this could be potentially unsafe if we couldn't get back in at night in a city we're not from, no alternatives were offered and the expectation was that we would just wait for someone to leave and go in then.
