Modern Town House in Mid Wales

The communication from the host was excellent and they were very accommodating to the changes we had to make. The house was beautifully clean and had everything we needed for the weekend, plus a welcome basket of treats was appreciated 😀 We did a couple of local walks right from the front door. Lots of good local shops as well as a large supermarket.

I liked the location and amenities provided

• The carpet and sofas did not appear to be cleaned properly, as there was still a significant amount of pet hair present. This was particularly concerning for me as I am allergic to pet hair. • I noticed a few house flies around the property, and also saw a small spider running behind the headboard in the main bedroom. • The bathroom does not seem to have an exhaust fan, which could be an issue with ventilation. • The bed in the single bedroom felt unstable, as the legs seemed loose. My elderly father was quite nervous about using it due to safety concerns. I thought it would be helpful to bring these points to your attention.

The perfect spot for our stay! Great location as it is in a quiet cul de sac in the middle of Knighton, so a v short walk to local facilities and a great base for an enjoyable walk with my dog. All in all, a fabulous find - ssssh don't tell too many folks about how great this place is, otherwise I won't be able to book it again.

Nothing whatsoever. There is not a criticism to be made about the place, the booking, the checking in or the checking out. All awesome.

Everything was excellent, it's located in a quiet area even though it's only 2-3 min walk to the nearest store and bars and restaurants. The house is cosy and has a good backyard with a nice table and chairs. We had a really nice and cosy time. Knighton is a beautiful town surrounded by a beautiful countryside. When we arrived, there was a welcoming basket among other things breakfast cereal and biscuits, there was also coffee and milk in the fridge. Basically everything was there for a lovely stay.

The house is situated in the perfect location. It was absolutely spotless and had everything that we needed for our weekend break. It has 2 bathrooms which is definately an added bonus.The garden was just perfect for us to chill out with our barbeque. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a lovely place to stay.Great pubs and takeaways in close walking distance.
