Worst experience of my life. First of all, the neighborhood is very unsafe — there is constant police presence, and even murders have been reported. Secondly, the neighbors are unbearable. They use psychoactive substances and play loud music all day and all night. When we asked them to lower the volume, they told us to call the police. We also arrived at the apartment at 23:01 and had to pay an additional €35. There is construction next to the building, and the workers can be heard from 8 a.m., so there is no chance of getting any rest. The apartment itself is decent — aside from significant humidity, everything else is as described in previous reviews. If you care about your safety and want to enjoy your stay in Madrid, my advice is to avoid this accommodation.

Flat itself is nice and clean, in good location. Shops and restaurants are next door, 5 min walk to underground station, bus stop on opposite site of the street . Very comfortable bed and sofa. Communication with owner great.

In accommodation is a bad smell from the sewage system, but I am not sure if it is possible to repair it.
