Nona's view with balcony

Photos of the property did not reflect the condition correctly. The bed was ok, however, there were was only one sheet on the mattress and no top sheet...only a small comforter. The only pillows were the decorative ones which we used but seemed odd...were these even washed after the previous guest we wondered. Upon entering kitchen there was a strong smell of fish which was coming from the refrigerator with a broken handle. Shower had lots of mold and as for soap there was only one bar that was used by the previous person who stayed there. They also left a pack of cigarettes and half used toothpaste so house cleaning was not very good. Had some difficulty figuring out how to lock the door and when we called the owner he was somewhat little rude. Thank goodness we were only there for one night. We traveled for 2 weeks from Zagreb to Dubrovnik and this was the only poor property. Definitely not worth the money. It was so terrible that I feel they should refund our money. Also please note that I do not think I have ever left a bad review so this is not the norm for me. I really feel it was my obligation to let people know. I have no idea how the other ratings were good.

per quanto riguarda la posizione sono 30/40 minuti a piedi sia dal centro che dalla spiaggia e ne a me ne ai miei amici è dispiaciuto camminare. C'è una bella vista sul mare e sul porto, il parcheggio è comodo e anche arrivare con i mezzi pubblici lo è. E' un posto tranquillo e l'ideale se si vuole stare lontano dal centro per rimanere tranquilli

la cucina non era fornita al massimo ma per l'essenziale. Inizialmente noi dovevamo stare nell'appartamento al piano di sopra (questo) ma a causa di un problema (il letto dell'IKEA appena è stato appoggiato lo zaino sul letto si è rotto guardandolo meglio abbiamo visto come avevano già provato ad aggiustarlo con un pezzo di legno) il propretario ci ha spostato al piano di sotto. Appartamento decisamente migliore ma con alcune pecche, il frigo e la cella erano sporchi, in uno degli armadi abbiamo trovato delle scarpe (ovviamente non nostre, già nel primo appartamento avevamo trovato un pacchetto di sigarette usato sul comodino), la seconda sera non funzionava l'acqua calda. In generale l'appartamento era meglio del primo ma comunque pulito in maniera palesemente approssimativa. Per non parlare di come il balcone è chiaramente abusivo, si vede in maniera chiara il ferro del vecchio balcone che è stato tagliato e sotto ci sono solo le sbarre di ferro

C’était sale… le ménage est fait de façon très sommaire. Baignoire très sale, tache d’humidité et infiltration (ça ne correspond plus à la photo de l’annonce !) Les matelas des deux lits doivent absolument être changés. Ils ne sont pas du tout qualitatifs, dés que l’autre bouge tout le lit bouge, matelas bas de gamme Terrasse minuscule, pas de parasol. L’hôte ne répond pas au message envoyé le jour de notre arrivée. Système électrique à revoir (prises qui pendent hors du mur) Tringle des rideaux arrachée

Clean , but not good maintained. The bad was broken and not comfortable.

Unglaublicher Ausblick auf den Hafen und das Meer. Tolle zentrale Lage. Würden wieder hier buchen.

Wohnung gehört ein wenig überarbeitet. Kleinigkeiten wie wenige Löcher in der Wand, lockere Steckdosen, ... Wenn diese beseitigt sind ist es wieder ein wunderschönes Appartment.

Very comfortable apartament with a wonderful view on the sea and the harbour. Nicely furnished, with a well equiped kitchen. Great localization, near the park. Nice cafes and restaurants in the neighourhood.

Nice living room, comfy bedrooms. Nice balcony. Nice localization.
