Location is so good. These apartments are near the old city and near the port..

This flat is on the ground floor, it’s not good for me

"Great location and value"

Great location.

Stairs to get to bedroom quite steep so if you have any mobility issues or need the bathroom during the night this was inconvenient

"Quirky little house in old town"

8.0

Quirky little house in Salerno old town, in a great place to be based... very close to great bars and restaurants and coffee/breakfast places, and handy for the boats to Amalfi. 20 mins walk to train station. Feels like a proper, real Salerno house, surrounded by real local people.

The stairs to the bedroom were very steep and might prove problematic for some people, as the bathroom is on another level. The bathroom could do with some updating, but it works OK.

"Enjoyable stay with well equipped kitchen and great coffee machine!"

Spacious apartment, very central but quiet. Very helpful hosts.

Some signs of damp however it is an old building so to be expected if previous guests don’t air the rooms.

"Positive experience, would stay again."

8.0

Very communicative host, right in the middle of old town Salerno, not far from ferry terminal for Amalfi coast, lots of food options nearby.

Can be a a bit difficult to find but the host helps with this. The property is quirky with quite a few stairs which can be an experience at night. Wifi struggles to reach the bedroom and was a little slow while we were there

"Great location, bad internet!"

8.0

This location was great -- right in the heart of the old town of Salerno near a lot of restaurants, bars, and museums. It was easy to get to the train station and the port, really ideal for travelers.

The wifi was really bad and so was the cell reception. It was almost impossible to work just on a basic web connection while there and we had to find (& pay) for a separate co-working space during our stay.

"Very good"

8.0

The apartment was much bigger than we thought. It has three stories where the middle story is used for storage and drying cloths. The ground floor is the kitchen, toilet and living room. The top floor is the bedroom. We loved that the apartment was pet friendly and we just blocked the stairs when we went out without the dog so that he doesn't fall down the stairs or something when we're not around. It was easy to collect the keys, since someone came to drop off the key and showed us everything in the apartment.

It got cold in the apartment since there are no radiators. There are two air conditions that you can use to produce heat instead of cold, which helps, but since we turn them off when we go out, it takes some time to get the heat back on.
