"Appartamento grandissimo pulitissimo e bellissimo nel centro di Madrid"

Sia gli spazi comuni (hall, reception, locker) che l'appartamento erano pulitissimi e profumavano di buono. Il personale è gentilissimo ed estremamente disponibile (soprattutto Tiago!) e il servizio di deposito bagagli è ottimo

"Spacious apartment and excellent location"

Great stay! The apartment is actually quite big so it was perfect for my family. We were 3 adults and each had our own bed. The apartment is very clean and well designed (minimalist and artsy). The location is extremely central and we were steps away from some of the best cafes and restaurants in town. The AC definitely help when it was burning hot outside. The staff is very communicated via WhatsApp and responds immediately to any request. They also extended our check out by 1h the last day as our flight was much later during the day. Worth your money especially if you travel as a group.

The kitchen lacked amenities - I think for the price, they should have kitchen towels, disposable salt/pepper and some basics to allow us to cook but I get that it’s an apartment rental not hotel.

Excelente localización, apartamento muy cómodo, amplio y limpio. Tranquilidad. La presencia de alguien en la recepción durante el día facilita la entrada

Precio de las taquillas para dejar el equipaje, creo que deberían de ser gratis o con un precio simbólico

"Apartamento muy amplio en el centro de Madrid"

El apartamento es muy amplio, cómodo y tiene todo lo necesario. Además, aunque da a la calle, es súper silencioso, lo que se agradece para el descanso.

El check-in es muy tarde y en eso, hay que dejar las maletas en una consigna de pago. Por otro lado, el personal te atosiga antes de la llegada para completar el check-in a través de una plataforma online, lo que me resultó bastante molesto. La cama y almohadas son mejorables. Por último, utilizan un ambientador muy fuerte para la limpieza que queda demasiado impregnado y resulta algo desagradable.
