COSY AND PRIVATE HOUSE CLOSE TO TOWN

No breakfast.

Couldnt get into the house. Key lock not working. No response from booking.com, went to next door neighbour who rang the owner. He said house has been off booking.com for over a year.. We were stranded, had to go into town and hire a far more expensive hotel in town. Terrible service from booking.com, not even able to speak to a person to assist in any way.

There was no contact with the person. They didn't message us or call us back, after we called about 3 times. We didn't receive the exact location on the house and where the keys were. Making us look for a hotel last minute. I wouldn't recommend booking here. Please I'm writing this review to make you aware of this behaviour.

We never got to stay at the property. Booked in January. Paid days before arrival and on our way there I messaged to find out how to gain access to the property to be told the property was taken off the site months ago and to contact booking.com to be relocated. When contacting booking.com was told to give them 30 minutes till they contacted the property direct and send us different places to stay. They never sent anything through. 7 months pregnant and left without a place to stay 4 hour drive away from home. We then had to book and pay for another property.
