Flaxton-Luxurious Home near NEC, BHX

Really great location, we were attending a event on the resort arena, it's two stops down the train from Lea hall. And also two stops down the line to the main station. The apartment is comfortable to come back to after a long day and relax and the area is very quiet/family based. Rentee was polite and friendly which is always a big plus especially given we were 6 friends travelling from all over the world to come to the event.

The bathroom light (some kind of sensor but we couldn't figure it out). Besides that everything was wonderful!

The effort that went into cleaning and maintaining the property before the stay, was above all else. I’ve never seen a property so well maintained as well as evenly priced. The house was amazing, all in all, and definitely will book again with my family.

Absolutely nothing! From start to finish, entry to exit, I couldn’t fault any of it. The gardener happened to be booked at the same time as my stay and even they were welcoming and warm.

Property is recent renovated.

Need a front door, the toilet is downstairs so in the morning people can see straight into the hallway. Curtains on windows especially for kids sleeping. Area is on the flight path so air craft noise up to about 11pm. Although the property has been renovated the finishing touches are needed. Pipes exposed, flooring between rooms arent finished properly. The area itself is either a council estate or former council estate. The property itself has parking in the garden but cars are parked all over the place so can be tricky getting in and out. front and back gardens require maintenance. Not wheel chair or pram accessible. Huge steps into the front door. The staircase is very steep. Really need a hand rail for both safe assending and descending. Was advised that the toilet can be blocked if too much toilet roll is used. If the toilet gets blocked then a charge would be placed to my account even though its obvious that there is an issue with the toilet. No terrestial TV. Online was available, netflix itvx etc were available through somebodies account. No wine classes, the knives were sort of fish knives so not really usable for cutting food. Ok for spreads of butter etc. Its definatly not a luxury home. I wouldnt stay again.
