The ambiance is good. Rooms are good.The complimentary breakfast is very good.

Behavior, fussy in providing drinking water,only one water bottle per room, hesitant for providing additional water bottle though charging only 20 rupees for it.If they supply it ,no body will hesitate to pay 20 rupees but they talk as if it's very expensive,don't tell price unless you ask how much.

Well decorated and clean rooms. Bathrooms were classy. Wifi was fast. Staff at the eeception area are nice people with helpful attitude.

One staff (not the cook, he was very polite and nice)in the rooftop dinning area was very rude. He dosent know a word of english and his whole attitude was unacceptable. He was incharge of the complementary breakfast next morning. My 6 yr old child was trying to get juice but could not as the juice was actually papaya slurry and got stuck. He was just standing right there and didnt lift a finger to help him. When 3 members of my family asked for butter he just gave one small cube and expect three of them to share. I asked for bread slice, and latter vada, he said its finished. I mean he just lied on my face, as both were available more than enough as i saw just few minutes latter. I asked him to turn on the ac twice, he replied with a nod the first time and then after 5 mins when i asked him again, he said nothing and yet didnt switch in the ac. I just left the area aftet that without saying a word. This cheap attitude is umacceptable when you are paying this much money. I request treevo to look into this.
