Treebo Premium Lalitha, RK Beach

OUR PROBLEM WAS NO FOOD FACILITY THIS HOTEL

Staff (the workers and cleaners not the reception staff) were not responding immediately Didn't provide basic needs like dental kit When asked regarding the same they responded that they didn't have and didn't even try to get one by the next day Breakfast is disappointing Room is congested and small Lower floors will not have beach view at all Everything is closed

They give more important to money than customers I got skin allergy after staying in treebo lalitha rk beach While housekeeping they won't change proper bedsheets it ll be not even washed..😡 They don't even keep water bottles daily in rooms we should go to reception and ask them twice for water bottles. While vacating room I payed my balance amount Rs 8,266/- they didn't let 10rs also even if I have no change they collected it finally.. After paying balance amount I asked them for water bottle they said to pay 20rs I ll give water bottle which is too bad👎 I have stayed there over 6 days included breakfast I just had my breakfast for just 1 day. And While check-in I have checkined 3 hrs late & while check-out also I have went 4 hrs earlier. They didn't atleast consider all this while asking money for water bottle and while vacating they didn't let 10rs also even I don't have change they said to do phonepe finally I found change in my wallet and gave it them😏 Finally my experience in "Treebo lalitha,Rk beach" is 0/10👎😡 poor Included free breakfast not good👎 People think twice before booking this hotel there are several best hotels in vizag... Thank you
