ST Apartamento en el Corazón de la Alfalfa

Very central in the old district. Living room is a good size, same for the shower. Easy to check in.

Bathroom smells, does not have a P trap on the pipes in the sink, so could likely be waste water fumes. On the street level so there is little to no sunlight light in the rooms and if you have the windows open smoke can get into the rooms when people smoke outside. Streets are loud a lot of the time from being right next to them and all the stone.

I have nothing but great things to say about this apartment,first of all it is quite literally in the heart of Sevilla a 5 minute walk from Calle Tetuán ,not to mention that setas are right around the corner ,the appartement itself is really clean and was perfect for my family of four ,and lastly I want to mention the amazing agency in charge of the property they are very responsive and understanding they agreed to change our dates when we contacted them and explained that we couldn’t come because of the storm and they even brought us a toaster after we requested,I am very satisfied and will definitely book again on my next trip to Sevilla!!

A localização é muito boa muito central. A llimpeza otima.

Pena ter pouca luz natural e um pouco barulhento.

l'appartement est situé en plein centre ville à une distance de marche des principaux lieux de visite. L'arrivée se fait en autonomie grâce à une clé virtuelle. L'hôte répond rapidement en cas de question. L'appartement est bien équipé.

La seule petite remarque, l'utilisation de la clé électronique ne permet pas de flexibilité sur l'arrivée et le départ mais les horaires sont indiquées
