Perfetto Country House - Myrtos View

Ruim appartement met een prachtig uitzicht over de Myrtos baai, heerlijk terras waar we genoten van de zonsondergang. Perfecte uitvalsbasis voor de dorpen Assos en Fiscardo en de prachtige stranden in het noorden. En gezellige tavernes en minimarkt in het dorp boven aan de Myrtos Beach.

Te weinig keukengerei om zelf te koken

Wifi not working. Hot water switch not obvious. Instructions would be useful.

We needed somewhere at short notice due to the ferry from fiscardo to lefkada was cancelled. I found this house on booking.com and did my homework. It is on the main road to some of the prettiest beaches and coastal towns in kefelonia, however the traffic stopped about 6pm and did not start till 10am. The house itself is perfect. No issues with equipment or hot water, everything excellent. It is not boutique, it is country Greek, I've been coming to Greece for 49yrs so I am talking from experience. I thoroughly recommend Perfetto house for both short and long term stay

Nothing I wasn't aware of before arriving.

The view and outside area was lovely. The hosts left some fresh salad, biscuits and some lovely bags. There was also shampoo and soap in the bathroom.

Only 1 fan. Only AC in the open plan room. The pillows were uncomfortable. We were unsure where to park.

Good size, plenty of space - nice view

Poor intro briefing needed more info - like how to get hot water and where things are. Location isn’t great you’re on a main road with half built house opposite nearest shops tavernas etc about a mile away. Limited outdoor space - patio about 2 m wide garden is an overgrown dumping area. Patio needs shade the old umbrella provided needs replacing. There is a pleasant sea view but not of Myrtos as mentioned - the growth of the trees in the garden has cut out much of the view. Beds are hard.

A few more kitchen utensils would be good and a mid break clean/change over (6 days)

beautiful sunsets over Myrtos beach, lovely taverna in local village. charming and helpful owner, very spacious and clean, loved the terrace with all the flowers. great little house in an excellent location.

this is only to say a couple of things that could improve, as it was lovely - just wifi and hot water need a little maintenance, but we are aware this might be going to happen. the kitchen was in fact very well equipped - we just didn’t realise until the last day, as many of the things were in a cupboard that seemed more in the entrance hall and so we hadn’t opened it! just some more instructions could be helpful, tired travellers don’t always work these things out :) the wifi code, however, was truly unmissable, very clear!
