The apartment was very clean and had all the facilities that we needed. The Metro station is about a five-minute walk from the apartment with easy access to get to Bilbao city centre. Getxo town centre is also only a few minutes walk away. There are also three big supermarkets within a five-minute walk so you can stock up The river is about a two-minute walk away and the is a great promenade that brings you to Vizcaya Bridge and to a nice beach.

There is a very strong musty smell in the apartment and after a day or two your clothes smell musty. Don't use the link for the taxi transfer (Welcome Pickups) that they send you as the prices are significantly dearer than getting a taxi outside the airport or using an Uber. Also, like all accommodation for the week of the Europa League final, hoteliers ripped people off by being pure greedy and opportunistic, that's how the world has gone nowadays unfortunately.

it is a very good acommodation.. meet all my expectation and it is a budget friendly too. Highly recommended👏👏👏👏👏

the lock of the apartment is too hightec that beginners or older people will find it difficult to operate.

Felt like home away from home

Every detail was taken care of, and the deco is cosy and confortable

Being a ground floor was a bit dark and noisy

The property had a good family atmosphere, comfortable, welcoming, well organized and well decorated.

The fan in the bedroom wasn’t working, probably was faulty. Summer time or hot days it’s helpful to have a fan working.

Perfect for our needs. The whole property was spotlessly clean. Comfy lounge area with smart tv (for Netflix etc.). Kitchen well stocked with utensils. The single bed room is surprisingly spacious and comfortable. Surrounding area is safe.

The digital door needed a few attempts each time to open. I was assured it was working correctly but I was never able to get it to open first time. The cleaner had a an actual key.

Very clean, good location close to river and amazing bridge. Comfortable beds and couch. Very cute apartment.

Communication with host was poor, almost non-existent. They replied saying that the person who actually managed the place left the company. So they couldn’t give me the responses I was looking for. I like to have good communication with hosts, this is crucial for a good experience. Also: neighbours are noisy. Walls are thin, so you hear everything and everybody outside.
