"The rental was immaculate. the only negative was the preset air that shut off at night, became stuff"

Upon arrival the code for the door lock didn't work after trying many times. I left several messages at the phone number on the email that I had. there wasn't any reply until trying once more. Mr. Sims finally gave the correct code and my family was able to enter the property, luckily it wasn't raining and my arrival by car driving over 10 hrs. I guess communication should have been better on the Hosts part.

"Location was good, but lacked attention to important detail"

Location was good and neighbourhood quiet

Lack of basic items, plates, bowls, cups, glasses and cutlery, for a family of 4. This was reported and some of these items were supplied the next day. No kettle. Heavily stained Mattress in Master bedroom. Bed in second room collapsed and had to be repaired, again the next day. Carpet pads on stairs are loose fitted and dangerous. We did advise these should be removed or secured
