"A good place to stay, from 1 person to larger groups. Good price/comfort ratio in wider city center."

Easy and quick arrangement, easy to find, friendly owner. Toilet in the room. A lot of space to sleep (double bed, mats and fold-out couch).

A room in the basement with a small opaque window to the parking lot. A lot of unused space. Lack of some furniture in the room to store things and/or clothes (dresser, cabinet) or to play or work (table, chair).
