Since my arrival, the apartment has not been completely clean, and the bathroom was disgusting with a clogged drain. However, I didn't care much because I'm here for my high school exam. After about three nights, I started to notice an allergy on my hands with redness and itching, and after a while, it appeared on my feet and spread further. I suspected the mattress and removed the outer cover, and it was infested with bed mites. I called the owner immediately, but she was rude and irresponsible, said it was my fault, not hers, and that she couldn't do anything for me. Additionally, the washing machine was broken from the first day and took a week to be repaired. The closet was dirty inside, and the apartment, especially the bathtub, was not clean. As I mentioned, I initially ignored these issues due to my focus on my exams, but finding the mattress infested with mites and experiencing such harm is unacceptable. Moreover, her rude response is unacceptable.
