Spacious yes but not sea facing. In great location
The bathtub stopper was not working. Quite an old apartment with worn out basic furniture. Curtains were difficult to open. AC was broken in the lounge area and seems to not be working for years. Balcony paint was peeling off the wall. The apartment does not have basics eg salt, sugar, tea, coffee. The apartment could do with renovations and new furniture.
