Other guests/owners where very friendly. Staff where amazing and very helpful, from the young lad waiting tables to the manager i had to talk to, they all went above and beyond. The site was clean and well kept. Bar menu/drinks was ample and well priced. Outdoor pool was hot, clean and well maintained. Large children's play area was suitable for all ages and again was clean and well looked after. Arcade was good with large selection of machines and is alot bigger then seen on photos when booking. Site shop didnt have a huge selection but had all the things you would need or would normally forget including swimming nappies!
Honestly nothing comes to mind.

Other than the holiday park being as helpful as they could and they are also relying on booking.com to do there part which they still haven’t hence only being able to write on here as impossible to actually speak to anyone.
We were unable to stay at this property and the staff at the site were very helpful and advised they would authorise a refund , booking .com has still not yet followed this through.

Easy check in, parking, TV was modern.
The train was so loud and made the caravan shake. There is mould in the bathroom and the shower head needs replacing. There was no coffee or hand soap. The beds were really uncomfortable. There were no welcome instructions.

Such a lovely good value break away with the grandchildren great customer service from all at Alberta holiday park we thoroughly relaxed and had great fun thank you so much 😊
Would have liked a better vegan choice in club house and the train was a little noisy at night with a baby but didn’t spoil are time
