La Casona de Arona

Wir haben die Anweisungen zum Check-In vor der Anreise erhalten. Die Zimmer waren perfekt sauber. Es gab verschiedene Räume für Pausen / Mittagessen. Es gab Kaffee und Tee. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und ausgesprochen bemüht, unseren Aufenthalt angenehm zu machen. Die Zimmer sind nicht riesig, aber es gibt verschiedene Aufenthaltsräume.

La casona es hermosa, y el personal un encanto! Muy cercanos y con ganas de ayudar. Las camas increíblemente cómodas.

Lo que más destacaría de nuestra estancia es la atención recibida. La persona que nos atendió fue siempre atenta, cercana y disponible para ayudarnos en todo momento. Ese trato tan humano y cuidadoso hizo que la experiencia fuera muy buena.

We booked this property almost at the last minute for the Christmas holidays. It was priced reasonably cheap (less than half the price of the hotel we previously looked at) , but we went ahead with the booking after reading the reviews. Hence, we were a bit skeptical of how the property would actually look like. But oh boy, thanks to all those reviewers! I was quite impressed the moment I arrived at the door. The property smelled fantastic and it was soo well decorated for the Christmas. Everything was arranged more than we expected - especially the owners are to thank for. They are very kind, helpful with information and always there to look after your needs. They helped me to the room with the heavy baggage. The whole atmosphere was great. We were also provided surprise breakfast as complimentary all the days we stayed for. We had a rental car and it took around 10-15mins drive from Costa Adeja. It made us very comfortable staying here just to come back to relax and sleep at this property after a long hectic day. We are glad we booked this than the expensive hotels in the main city. If you are arriving from the airport, strongly recommend to take the public transportation from right outside the airport to closer to the property (you need to switch buses, but still very convenient and cheap). Overall, we had an amazing experience, we wouldn't like to have it any other way.
