The host was extremely welcoming, her dog Blake was extremely friendly and loving towards the guests. The room was excellent very clean and the bath was amazing!

Owner was very pleasant and helpful. Room is of reasonable size and very clean. Shared cooking facilities are good.

Listing suggested Microwave and basic cooking facility in the room. Only tea and coffee making present. Cooking is via the shared kitchen.

"Lovely, will definitely be returning in the future"

Good facilities, the lady was lovely and made sure we had everything we needed. The location was great for us, and plenty of public transport around. To add onto this, they have a beautiful, friendly dog at the property who was happy to see us.

No real downsides of this property, we really enjoyed our stay

"Disappointed"

Location was great as we were going to a party just 5 miles away

Bathroom and w/c were not en suite and were shared. This was not clear in the Booking.com description of facilities, otherwise we would never have booked it. We did not stay the second night.
