The location

While the apartment benefits from a central location and is reasonably well equipped, our overall experience was frustrating and concerning. The apartment is managed by a U.S.-based company. The entire amount was charged immediately upon booking, which was not very clear in the listing. The check-in process was invasive and inefficient, requiring multiple ID uploads. Despite confirming twice before arrival that all was in order, we were locked out at midnight due to non-functioning access codes. We had to call the U.S. at our own expense and resend ID photos to finally enter the apartment at 2 a.m. No reimbursement for the costly call was offered. I also received several phishing emails shortly after booking, via their system. The explanation provided (a Booking.com breach) was unconvincing, as my other bookings were unaffected. Another serious concern: the building is marked with a red dot, a public safety warning in Romania that indicates the structure is at risk of collapsing in the event of a strong earthquake. This was never disclosed. The common areas are neglected and smelly, and inside, sewage odors, poor soundproofing, and narrow 1.40m beds further impacted comfort. Overall, while the location is good, the lack of transparency, safety concerns, and poor customer service make this property difficult to recommend.

Huge space, beautifully decorated, equipped with everything you need. Nothing missed, The beds, the towels, the cleaning, the location, it was perfect!

My friends and I booked this place because it looked spacious enough for all of us, and it did not disappoint! The listing is actually two interconnected apartments, each with its own living room, kitchen, and two bedrooms. This setup gave us plenty of space and privacy while still feeling connected. It was super convenient. I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The outside of the building coykd put yiu off but dint worry all is lovely inside.
