Luxe Penthouse Retreat: With Free Parking!

Dreadful experience. I got scammed I paid for this penthouse and was given an awfully small cheap basement instead.

I was scammed as I paid for this penthouse but was given a flimsy basement unit instead. Hours after the payment was done I was contacted by “citynest home” that the place I paid for is unavailable. I was not offered a refund instead I was told they can give me a SIMILAR unit. The basement I was given was a very small two bedroom with one extremely small bathroom and faulty shower, no shower handle. they called the laundry room a “private studio” which is a joke. The laundry room which was a split tiny room didn’t even have a covered ceiling. I paid for a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom penthouse and was given a small flimsy basement decorated with plastic flowers, very cheap fragile construct and barely any space to move. I’m still waiting for my security deposit and didn’t even get that yet!!!! This is an absolute theft. I asked to get a refund for the extra money Citynest took of me but they argue that the rubbish small basement has the same price as the penthouse.

Sauber und groß Die Lage war gut 50m zur Busline. Eine andre oder 200 bis zu einer andere. Es war ruhig. Küche top ausgestattet, es gab sogar Kaffeepulver für eine Bodrum für mindestens 7 Tage. Einfach gut, würde immer wiederkommen

Der Abfluss in einem Bad war vollkommen zu. Ich habe es dann gemeldet. Das sollte aber vom Personal erkannt werden und nicht von Gästen.

The apartment was spotlessly clean & well equipped ; I loved that it had 3 separate bathrooms so suited the needs of our family of 6 adults perfectly with each couple having their own bedroom & bathroom. Our host, Pippa, was always available to answer any queries or concerns.

A bit far from central London

Beautiful flat, super clean with good sized rooms and very convenient location with a bus stop outside. Parking very handy to have and free too! Nice host who is very responsive. Lovely balcony too which is a bonus overlooking London.

No major issues at all. Black out blinds would've been great for better sleep. There was one room where the cooling system was not working but host did best to solve it and provided fans as an alternative which helped. (unexpectedly hot in London those few days).

Beautifully equipped property with room to stretch out. The location was very convenient to flying in and out of Heathrow airport. 15-minute walk to the Northfields underground station for the Piccadilly line with service to Heathrow and into central London. On-site parking was an awesome bonus, with easy in and easy out to reach greater London locations. There is a restaurant next door, The Globe, which was a perfect place for a bite to eat or a drink.

There is really nothing we didn't like about this property. If we had to choose something, we would have loved a shorter walk to the nearest underground station, because we used the rail service as our primary means of transport for visiting central London. We could have easily used the local bus route E2, though, to get between the property and the Northfields station, but chose to walk.

Staying at this luxurious apartment was an absolute dream! The apartment is beautifully furnished with stylish decor and cozy touches that made us feel right at home. The hosts were incredibly supportive, ensuring that our stay was nothing short of perfect. Their quick responses and helpful tips made us feel well taken care of throughout our stay. Overall, I can't recommend this place enough! It exceeded all our expectations and made our trip truly memorable. We can't wait to come back and experience this wonderful space again!

Super clean and newly furnished. Everything is immaculate and pristine. Location is perfect and super convenient. Communication with host was exemplary and they catered to our requests. Such a supportive and welcoming team. Great night sleep and every amenity you would ever need.

That we could only stay 1 night. I wanted to extend and make the most of this luxury
