Deluxe Central Quentin Apartment 3BEDRM, 2BATHRM

As a family we did not like this property.

There are many things we had issues with. 1. This property is above party/club strip without soundproof windows. All the noise during weekend till 6 am we could hear. If you are family with elderly and children do not book here. 2. The AC wasn’t functioning properly it was leaking the whole time. One bedroom is without AC 3. There are 2 showers but only 1 toilet.

Good location and easy access

The air conditioning did not work properly, the heat in summer is unbearable. The equipment needs maintenance, a lot of water drains onto the floor. There is only one and a half bathrooms, the master bedroom does not have a toilet which is insufficient for an apartment with three bedrooms. The bathroom tub in the master bedroom does not have a curtain and the water ends up falling to the floor.

The apartment had a good location close to party street. The stuff was very helpful.

During our stay AC was not working and unfortunately the heat was unbearable. However, the stuff tried to help with an extra fans.

The location

The Air-conditioning is not cooling the rooms, as you can't open the windows due to the very loud noise from the bars outside. It is impossible to sleep in a hot days.
