The staff and service was amazing. Since you arrive they are welcoming you with your name and big smiles. Best people!! And the service was also amazing. Would recommend a 100%. However I suggest outing some curtains in the rooms :(

The bed was very clean and the sheets were thin but soft. Front desk were very kind and refunded me for the nights I did not stay.

The breakfast left a lot to be desired. I was in a room of 4 and was given the top bunk right underneath the aircon. It makes NO sense to put a bed there because I got absolutely blasted by the cold air. The bunk is very shaky and any movement at all causes the entire metal frame to sway and creak. The room door locks from the inside. The inside. So, good luck if you are the last one leaving. Noises and chatting going on all night. The random grates through the floor mean that I heard people splashing around and playing in the pool at 4am on the floor beneath. Unfortunately my 3 other bunkmates spread literally all of their belongings all over the floor, and then returned at 3am crying and talking about something scary that happened on their night out. Hope they're okay! I had booked to stay for 3 nights and ended up moving to a hotel after just one night because I probably got about 3-4 hours of sleep in total.

The hostel was amazing all together. Very well located, close to the centre, with clean rooms, comfortable beds, thick blanket because of the air con which was central and with very well adjusted temperature. You get your towel, and they are changing it also. Laundry was very affordable, fast and well done. The tours like My Son and cooking class were more affordable than anywhere else, and the quality of those was awesome. They also organised my transfer to Da Nang which was again best priced and very well all together. It was possible to rent a motorbike or bicycle, but I didn't have enough time to try that one too. There's a breakfast included, and it was the best included breakfast for my whole time in Vietnam. There's a cook who will make eggs for you the way you like it, in front of you, also they make american style pancakes, and there's a little buffet too. There was always hot water in the shower, bathrooms do get a bit busy in the mornings and could be in that period cleaner, but they do clean it up afterwards and then it's all good. They also organise evening events, like pub crawl and pub quiz, and this is happening in their other hostel for which they organise transport to, but then this hostel can feel a bit empty in the evenings if you decide not to join. The receptionists were very nice, kind and available for anything you might need. When I stayed in the hostel, at the beginning of March, people were generally the younger crowd, and it felt that quite of them were traveling in groups. It was a bit strange that for both tours I went on no one from the hostel went at the same time, and the hostel was full. All together, I highly recommend it.

Filtered drinking water fountain available next to the pool. Located 10 minutes walking to the river. Omelettes and pancakes for breakfast. Activities organized in the afternoon to meet people and have fun. Shuttle to the airport felt more like a private taxi for a good price.

No curtains in the dorms' beds means no privacy. The bed mattress was hard. The lockers under the bed made noise when operated. The breakfast only included 1 fruit option (watermelon). The toilets had two small doors that open to the inside making it hard to get in/out of the toilet. The bikes they rent are a bit rusty and squeaky - double check them before leaving the place.

Great hostel, super social and the free breakfast buffet is great. Dorms are very clean with space to put away all your bags so there’s no clutter, and there are balconies. Very nice bathrooms

The pool didn’t look very clean or appealing so I never went in. It’s in the reception area which is a bit weird. People who I spoke to that did go in said it’s VERY strong with chlorine and very cold

Very friendly staff, quite comfortable beds, excellent breakfast!

The space in the toilets and showers, too small and there is no space to be able to put things inside the showers, the cleaning staff did a good job, the problem is the guests, the guys are too dirtys and at night very noisy, even drinking in the rooms despite the fact that the hostel has a bar on the grand floor
