Really nice you get a free drink at 6:45 pm. Friendly and helpful straff. And great selection on breakfast buffé. Location is nice and plenty of space to interact with people.

Would have loved some curtains on the bed. And the pool was freezing. And in a busy reception , so not really of use for anyone .

-The staff was friendly and supportive. They managed to rearrange a whole 8-bed dorm room for our group with urgency. -The facilities and services were comfortable and excellent, especially free breakfast, swimming pool and billiards. -Its location was very convenient (i.e. lots of food stores, mini marts and pharmacies nearby). It took us about 5 minutes to reach the riverside on foot. For what this place offers, you can't really ask for a better price.

Great location to the old town and the social atmosphere was nice for a hostel with a pool and pool table.

The private room was incredibly small for a couple as we could barely put our bags down on the floor and move about the room. The bathroom was tiny too with the shower practically over the toilet, and the shower head was broken so you could only hold it in your hand to use it. There was a leak from the neighbouring room which came into our room, but luckily not onto ours bags as the staff quickly realised our room was getting flooded. Staff and cleaners did work very hard to stop the flooding as soon as possible and was very apologetic which we appreciated. However, would not recommend a couple to stay here, we cancelled the rest of our stay after 1 night, but I guess you get what you pay for!

Very lovely owner and staff, she recommended us a tailor to use while we were in Hanoi. Hostel was very clean at all times and had good facilities: pool table, bar, free breakfast, swimming pool. The room was very nice, good air conditioning and a balcony. We would definitely stay here again!

Location good, pool and bar area nice

Had booked 5 nights stay in private room. On 4th night saw a huge bedbug in our bed. Immediately packed up and went downstairs to ask to move room as it was 3am and were not in a position to leave that late at night. Staff tried to blame the issue on us but agreed to move us into another (empty) 4 bed dorm. Left our things outside of the dorm and went to inspect the room, at which point we immediately found baby bed bugs on the 2 bunks and around light switches. Went to tell reception and again they said it must have been us (despite us not moving anything into the new room and being in there for 5 mins). Eventually managed to check out early and we were refunded for that night and the next night. We told the hostel to take it seriously as it looked like an infestation, however the next night we walked past and saw from the street that new people were staying in our private room, so I guess the hostel did not fumigate or clean properly before allowing others to move in.
