Es war in zentraler Lage, aber nicht wie angeboten. Die Unterkunft wurde mit Parkplatz., Frühstück und tägliche Reinigung angeboten und es sollten keine weitere Kosten anfallen.

Im Angebot wurde behauptet das die Unterkunft inkl. Parkplatz und Frühstück sei. Wir hatten zusätzliche Kosten für Frühstück sowie Parkhausgebühren von pro Tag 24€. Zudem müssten wir com Parkplatz bis zur Unterkunft 20 min laufen. Auch wurde in den 3 Tagen Aufenthalt nicht gereinigt und es gab nur 2 Handtücher. Die Krönung war das beim Check Out auch noch eine Kurtaxe von 12€ verlangt wurde, die nur in Bar angenommen wurde.

Tutto perfetto posizione appartamento e anche i proprietari sono molto cordiali.

Location Central to Quattro Canti and Cathedral. Good to visit on foot.

No Windows on ground floor, very poor ventilation

Nothing. Narrow street to drive by a car, no parking. Location was safe, close to historic center but area was dusty, dirty and unpleasant. About breakfast; I just cannot call it a breakfast. Old coffee machine, hard to operate, and a tray with crackers and rolls with jam from grocery. There was not tea kettle, napkins and paper towels, corkscrew/wine opener and etc.

Everything in this apartment. Description did not match. it is a studio on the first floor without a window and view, NOT a one bedroom apartment as advertised. Smelly (lack of fresh air) and dark. Absolutely does not accommodate travelers needs, like bed stands or shelves, any hooks or a dresser. We even could not unpack our clothes and kept it in the luggage. There was no hot water in the sink. broken handle on the shower and tiny toilet that I could hardly fit (I am an average guy, 160 Lb)

Immediate area worn down, furnishing cheap and ugly - very unpleasant feeling. Entry to room directly from street, security alarm goes off multiple times during night. Breakfast included in price but not offered. A few crackers and jam on table first morning - NOTHING second morning. There is no host - door remotely opened when we arrived.

The location was perfect, 5 mins walk from the Palermo Cathedral. The room had all the amenities that we would need. We really enjoyed the experience there.
