After 30 minutes outside in 100 degree temperature, a nice person on the phone did work with us to re enter our room after dinner after our initial PIN code failed to work. There was an unpleasant odor in the room. The shower backed up with water after approximately 1 minute in the shower. There was no shower gel in the shower. We were only given 2 towels despite there being a pool.Non potable water.Definitely a very poor value for the price.
