The location of the apartment was excellent and close to the park, castle and city centre. It was great to have the parking onsite too. Jason was very quick to respond to a query I had re where to book for a good Sunday lunch and a decent pint. The apartment was well equipped and comfortable for our short stay and we would definitely book again I we come to Cardiff.

Great communication from Jason, who made sure we had everything we required, including great recommendations for bars.. 10/10 for the whole weekend. Thank you!

I had a fantastic stay at this modern and well-maintained duplex apartment. The location is excellent—situated in a beautiful and vibrant neighborhood with great coffee shops, restaurants, and everything you need close by. It’s only about a 15-minute walk to both Cardiff city centre and Cardiff University, making it a perfect choice for anyone visiting for studies, work, or leisure. My visit to Cardiff was for my daughter, who is doing her master’s degree at Cardiff University. She had an intensive week of courses, and this apartment was the perfect base for us. The area is peaceful, yet everything is within easy reach. The Apartment & Amenities This two-level duplex is spacious, bright, and well-equipped, with wooden floors downstairs and thick, comfortable carpets on the stairs and upstairs for added warmth and coziness. • Upstairs: Two bedrooms and the main bathroom. o The main bedroom is comfortable, featuring a big smart TV with all the apps, bedside tables, wardrobes, drawers, and a lovely big window (facing east) that lets in beautiful morning light. o The second bedroom is smaller, with two bedside tables, a desk with a stool, and an ‘electronically’ operated skylight window that provides fresh air and natural daylight—an excellent feature since there’s no traditional window. o The bathroom is modern, spacious, and very clean, with good water pressure and toiletries provided. • Downstairs: Open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area, plus a storage space and a separate WC. o The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, espresso machine, toaster, microwave, and everything needed for cooking. o The living/dining area has another large smart TV, comfortable seating, and a second Juliette balcony, allowing for plenty of natural light. o There’s a storage space housing the washing machine, boiler, vacuum cleaner, etc. o The additional WC downstairs is a great convenience.

Beautifully furnished, spacious and very clean

Immaculate apartment in the perfect location for the city centre, Pontcanna fields and river walks. We were a family of four and it was the perfect size for us. Jason the host was very quick to respond to any queries and really helpful.

Everything was easily accessible to get to i.e town centre ,shops etc. communication was clear, sound and helpful from Jason (legend). The apartment was clean and very homily and can rest easy knowing your vehicle is in the private car park . Gutted we didn't stay for a few nights instead of one Definitely will revisit in the new year and stay for longer 100%.

Fabulous stay. Excellent host. Communication was great and access was smooth. Everything you need in the apartment and very comfortable. Superb location 10 mins walk to centre of town, 5 mins walk to castle grounds and water taxi for Cardiff bay in the summer. Would definitely recommend it.

The property is very fresh, modern and convenient. The parking is just below the rooms which is ideal and I felt comfortable leaving my car in the space. The bedrooms were very clean and the beds were sooooo comfy. Everything was very easy to figure out as well, the heating controls are very simple, the WiFi router is on display in the cupboard to get the password and getting hold of the key was very simple as well. The host was amazing. A very responsive host is always good, all of my questions were answered within 15 minutes no matter the time I messaged. The host was very good at checking in and making sure everything was okay with us.
