Clean, well equipped. Washing machine was nice to have.

The Wi-Fi was inop when I arrived, and my cell signal (Vodafone) was very weak unless I stood precariously on a blind corner on a busy street, so I was quite hamstrung for communication. The host responded within a reasonable time frame and resolved the issue with sincere apologies, but by that time, my evening plans were shot. You will be best to have a car if you want to visit the Lucca City Center from this location. The street is very busy and has very little room for pedestrians. This is a very quaint and clean cottage with a bathroom downstairs and bedrooms upstairs. You must navigate a narrow staircase to use the facilities during the night. I couldn't get the coffee maker to work. Breakfast is whatever is in the cupboards and some boxed milk and juice.

Lovely little house perfect for my husband and myself. Great base for exploring the area. Lovely neighbours. Francessco and his father were great people. Would highly recommend
