Villa Rosetta Tra lago e monti

Zostaliśmy przywitani przez bardzo miłych gospodarzy, czekało na nas wino przy którym wieczorem rodzinnie delektowaliśmy się nim rozmawiając do nocy o zaletach miejsca w którym zarezerwowaliśmy nasz pobyt. Apartament cudowny, przestronny, wygodny ponieważ posiada wszystko to co potrzebujesz. Duży salon z balkonem jest bardzo przytulny z wygodną kanapą i fotelami. Super że w salonie jest duży i mały stół przy których można wygodnie zjeść śniadanie czy też obiadokolację jeśli nie zdążyło się zjeść na mieście. Apartament ma swoje miejsce parkingowe co jest dużą a nawet ogromną zaletą tego miejsca ponieważ nasz środek transportu musiał być bezpieczny. Kontakt z gospodarzem był rewelacyjny, szybki i bardzo miły. Najlepsze miejsce w Lecco to Villa Rosetta !!!!

wszystko było super ale trzeba pamiętać że we Włoszech sezon grzewczy jest o wiele później niż w Polsce więc domy nie są ogrzewane w okresie wrześniowo- październikowym. Brakowało nam przenośnej dmuchawy ciepłego powietrza ( grzejnika )

- house is 100 meters from the lake - very well maintained house, spacious and small balcony to sit outside - restaurants and supermarket at short distance from property - parking spot on premise - house very well equipped - owners very welcoming and supportive with local points of interest

- limited cutlery and tableware (i.e. 4 or 5 forks only), which forces you to do wash dishes between every meal.

Air con not in actual bedrooms but we did go in a heat wave. Nothing else not to love !

Es war sehr gross und wir hatten zu 3. mehr als genug Platz. Carlo ist sehr freundlich und antwortet innerhalb kürzester Zeit. Die Villa ist ein echtes Schmuckstück.

Ein Duschvorhang wäre von Vorteil, aber das war kein Grund für uns, nicht die maximale Punktzahl zu vergeben.

Villa was very clean and spacious. Well equiped kitchen. Private car park space that is secured with a gate is a nice addition if you travel by car. Location is very good to commute around Como. Takes about 30 minutes to walk to Lecco. Bedrooms in the back are quiet and spacious but without aircon which could be a problem if temperatures got high. Good comms with owners that reply via messanger promptly. No issues during our stay.

Access to a washing machine would be great!

Hosts are very kind and the accommodation was very spacious and offered all the comfort we needed for our short stay.

Excellent location, privacy. Fully enclosed property with parking. 1km away from a large grocery store. Great and flexible host. Fully equipped, large kitchen. Beautiful, clean bathroom and half bath.
